Check the account list is still true before the sequence starts.
A named account with a working mailbox is not enough if the person has moved. LeadQC re-checks every row against 60+ live signals — employment and job-change included — then qualifies by your campaign rules.
- Employment and job-change signals
- 60+ quality signals per prospect
- ICP, TAL and seniority as rules
- GTM-ready file after the check
The meeting is booked on a title
that may already have moved.
ABM and appointment-setting burn calendar on records that were true at export. An account list is assembled from a CRM, a GTM platform, a vendor, or a mix. Firmographics look right. The email delivers. Then the contact is no longer in the role, the company has a new domain, or seniority does not match the motion you sold.
LeadQC runs validation and enrichment in one pass: current and previous employer and title, tenure with dates, job change, employer mismatch, verified domain, employee size, location consistency. You still choose the TAM and the play. The quality layer belongs before the first touch, not after the no-show. Hygiene is a process on the list you are about to dial.
What you get back.
- ErrorHeld back, with the rule and the signal.
- Corrected + enrichedSourced value, current value, added attributes.
- GTM-readyThe qualified population. Current, validated, ready.
ABM and appointment setting, answered.
Why check the list again if it came from a GTM platform?
A stored snapshot returns what that database already knew. People change jobs between export and the first touch. LeadQC re-checks at QC time: current employer, title, job change, employer mismatch, then your ICP and seniority rules.
Does this replace TAM sourcing?
No. GTM platforms describe sourcing, intent and workflows on their own sites. LeadQC quality-checks the file you already built. See the Clay and ZoomInfo comparison pages.
What if the mailbox is fine but the person left?
Mailbox status is one contact signal. Dead-contact conditions — no longer at the listed company, role change, open to work, retired, freelancer — are detected separately. Your policy decides pass, review or reject.
Can rules differ by campaign?
Yes. Company QC policy is the definition of clean. Client or campaign rules sit on top: ICP, TAL, industry, employee size, geography, function, seniority, exclusions, contact limits. Contextual matching understands intent, not only exact strings.
