- For RevOps
Encode the definition of clean once. Apply it to every file.
There is no universal definition of clean B2B data. LeadQC provides the quality intelligence — 60+ live signals — and applies the QC policy you configure to CRM, vendor and platform files, with a reason on every row.
- Company policy + campaign rules
- CRM, vendor, CSV, API
- 60+ signals, including employment
- Isolated workspace, 90-day retention
What changes when QC becomes infrastructure.
Hygiene is a process, not a weekend in a spreadsheet.
RevOps usually inherits three problems at once: a CRM that has aged, vendor files that arrive under delivery pressure, and platform exports that were true when stored. Bounce rates catch some of it. They do not catch a title that moved seven months ago. Several people will interpret the same row differently unless the policy is encoded.
The stack is four layers: 60+ signals, including employment timelines; your company QC policy; client or campaign rules; then pass, review or reject, each with the reason. LeadQC applies it to every record and logs the reason. That is the same engine on CRM data cleansing, lead validation and lead enrichment. SOC 2-aligned controls. Certification not claimed. Near 100% accuracy* is reported on one operation’s configured rules — never a flat 100%.
What you get back.
- ErrorHeld back, with the rule and the signal.
- Corrected + enrichedSourced value, current value, added attributes.
- GTM-readyThe qualified population. Current, validated, ready.
RevOps, answered.
Why isn’t a CRM bounce scrub enough?
A mailbox can keep accepting mail after the person has left. CRM data cleansing has to re-check current employment, job change, employer mismatch, company status and domain health — not only email validity.
Can one policy cover CRM, vendors and platform exports?
Yes. Encode company QC policy once (clean, dead, invalid, review, reject), then campaign rules on top. Each run applies that stack to every record, from CRM, vendor file, CSV or a platform export.
What do the three files give RevOps?
An error file of rows to suppress or dispute; a corrected + enriched file showing sourced value, current value and added attributes to write back; a GTM-ready file of the qualified population. They can overlap.
Do you store our CRM as a shared database?
No. Each customer’s files, rules and outputs live in their own workspace. There is no shared record pool. Files are not used to train models and are deleted after 90 days or sooner on request.
