Lead enrichment that
re-validates as it fills.
Lead enrichment is only useful if the filled fields are still true. LeadQC fills what the file left blank and re-checks employment, job change and contact in the same pass, against 60+ live signals.
- Enrich and re-check in one pass
- Employment and job-change signals
- 60+ quality signals per prospect
- Corrected file shows what was added
One prospect. 60+ quality signals.

Four signal streams, one current picture, including employment timelines with dates and durations. Availability depends on the record and the data available at QC time.
What is lead enrichment?
Filling a field is the easy part.
Lead enrichment means taking a sourced record and adding the attributes a campaign actually uses — then being honest about whether those attributes are current.
A typical B2B row arrives thin. You may have a name, a company string and an email. You still need seniority, employee size, a verified domain, a current title, a location that matches the HQ, a function, a timeline of where this person worked and for how long. Lead enrichment is the work of filling those gaps.
If the enrichment source is a stored database, you receive a snapshot: whatever that database already knew. LeadQC treats enrichment as a live quality step. Where a field is missing or stale, it is filled from current sources in the same pass as lead validation. The corrected record and the reason for each change arrive together. Enrichment is only as valuable as the data underneath it.
How lead enrichment works.
One workspace. Four stages.
Upload inside the authenticated product. Nothing leaves it except the three files you download.
- 01 · UploadAny sourced B2B list
Vendor file, CRM export, CSV, XLSX or API. Isolated from every other customer.
- 02 · ProcessValidate, correct, enrich, qualify
60+ live signals, then the QC policy you configured. Missing fields fill while employment is re-checked.
- 03 · DeliverThree files back to you
Error with reasons, corrected + enriched (sourced value, current value, added attributes), GTM-ready.
- 04 · Retain, then delete90 days, or sooner on request
Then permanent deletion. Encryption in transit and at rest. SOC 2-aligned controls. Certification not claimed.
One run. Three outputs — the error file, the corrected + enriched file, and the GTM-ready file — on CRM data cleansing.
Which fields and signals
lead enrichment checks.
Four streams, 60+ signals. You do not get a mystery column. You get the current value and where it came from.

Availability depends on the record and the data available at the moment of QC. There is still no universal definition of a “fully enriched” record. LeadQC provides the quality intelligence. You encode the policy. If the records started in a CRM, the same pass is CRM data cleansing.
A before / after record.
Illustrative, labelled, not a customer.
The sourced file said VP Sales at Bellcastle Inc. The live check found a Chief Revenue Officer at Bellcastle Technologies who moved Apr 2026. That enrichment is a correction, not an append. The timeline carries dates and durations, current and previous. The same pass can flag dead-contact conditions that enrichment alone would hide: no longer at the listed company, retired, freelancer, dual employment, stale professional profile, changed company domain, inactive company. Detecting the condition is the engine’s job. Your QC policy decides whether that condition is a review, a reject, or still a pass.
Illustrative record. Not a customer. Empty sourced values read “not in file”.
How LeadQC differs.
Stored enrichment tells you what it knew.
- A stored snapshot depends on database freshness and returns what it already knew.
- LeadQC re-checks at the point of QC, then corrects what changed and enriches what is missing.
- Your QC rules decide pass, review or reject, and every decision carries its reason.
Lead enrichment use cases by team
Lead enrichment, answered.
What is lead enrichment?
Lead enrichment fills missing or stale fields on a sourced B2B record from current sources: verified domain, seniority, employee size, employment timeline with dates and durations, location consistency. On LeadQC it runs in the same pass as validation, so the corrected record and the reason for each change arrive together.
How is this different from stored B2B data enrichment?
A stored enrichment database returns a snapshot of what it already knew. That snapshot depends on database freshness and may have changed since collection. LeadQC re-checks at the point of QC: current employment and business signals, live contact validation, then correct what changed and enrich what is missing.
Does customer data enrichment also check job changes?
Yes. Employment signals — current and previous employer and title, job change, employer mismatch, role change, tenure, start and end dates — run in the same pass as the fill. Enrichment that appends a new email without re-checking whether the person still works there is still a snapshot.
What do your data enrichment services return?
Three files from one run: an error file of records held back with reasons; a corrected + enriched file showing sourced value, current value and added attributes; and a GTM-ready file of the qualified population after your QC rules. The three files can overlap.
Which sources can I enrich?
Any B2B list: CRM exports, vendor deliveries, CSV or XLSX, API / cloud, or exports from sources such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, Blitz or Gigasheet. Named providers are examples. LeadQC is independent and not affiliated with them.
How fast is an enrichment run?
Files process at roughly 1,000 records every 3 minutes, and all three outputs come back together. The upfront file processing takes most of that time; the live checks themselves are fast.
Is uploaded customer data used to train models?
No. Files are processed for your workspace only, never used to train models, never sold, shared, resold or pooled, and deleted after 90 days or sooner on request. SOC 2-aligned controls. Certification not claimed.
