Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Zeplinix Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the LeadQC platform ("Service").

By accessing or using LeadQC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

LeadQC is a B2B lead quality control platform that provides:

  • Automated lead data validation against live professional profiles and public data sources
  • Application of 44 intelligent validation rules across 35+ data points per lead
  • Automated removal of unqualified contacts (freelancers, students, unemployed, duplicates)
  • Generation of verified output files and detailed error reports
  • Campaign management dashboard with real-time analytics

3. Account Registration and Access

3.1 Account Creation

To use LeadQC, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Authorized Users

Account access is limited to authorized users within your organization. You may not share credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@leadqc.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use LeadQC solely for legitimate B2B lead validation and quality control purposes within your organization.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload data containing personal information of individuals under 18
  • Use the Service for spam, unsolicited messaging, or non-compliant outreach
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service
  • Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written consent
  • Violate any applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or CCPA regulations

5. Data Ownership and Processing

5.1 Your Data

You retain full ownership of all lead data you upload to LeadQC. We process your data solely to deliver the validation service and do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

5.2 Processing Rights

By uploading data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, validate, and analyze the data for the sole purpose of delivering verification results back to you.

5.3 Data Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to upload and process the lead data you submit
  • The data was collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • You maintain appropriate suppression and unsubscribe lists
  • You will use verified output data in compliance with all applicable laws

6. Service Level and Availability

6.1 Uptime

We target 99.9% platform uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

6.2 Processing Speed

LeadQC processes leads at 1,000+ per minute under normal conditions. Processing times may vary based on volume, data complexity, and system load.

6.3 Accuracy

We target 99.99% verification accuracy across our 35+ data point validation. Accuracy may vary based on the completeness and quality of input data and the availability of public data sources.

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Pricing

Pricing is based on your selected plan and lead volume. Current pricing is available upon request or through your account dashboard.

7.2 Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

7.3 Refunds

Processed lead validations are non-refundable. If you experience a service issue, contact support within 7 days for review.

8. Intellectual Property

LeadQC, including its algorithms, validation rules, user interface, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of Zeplinix Technologies Private Limited. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to: pricing terms, validation methodologies, API keys, and customer data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LeadQC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not guarantee that validation results will be 100% accurate or complete
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from your use of validated data for outreach, sales, or marketing purposes

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeplinix Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your upload of data you did not have the right to process
  • Your use of validated data in violation of applicable laws
  • Any third-party claims related to your use of the Service

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Pre-paid fees for unused periods are non-refundable.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited use, or fail to pay outstanding invoices after 30 days notice.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination to allow data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days advance notice via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
