Live B2B lead validation

Lead validation
before you accept or pay.

Lead validation re-checks vendor files and content-syndication lists before you load them. This is lead verification and B2B data validation against 60+ live signals — every reject comes back with a reason, so you decide what to accept.

  • Re-checked live at QC time
  • 60+ quality signals
  • Every reject has a reason
  • Your QC rules decide pass / review / reject

What is lead validation?
A deliverable mailbox is not a validated lead.

Most data validation tools stop at the field. Lead verification has to answer a harder question: is this still the right person, at the right company, for the campaign you are about to run.

When a vendor or a content-syndication partner delivers a file, the commercial pressure is to load it. A bulk email check may report that the mailboxes are live. That is not the same as lead validation.

People change jobs. Companies rebrand, park a domain or go inactive. A working mailbox often survives all of that. LeadQC is the live quality layer between sourced B2B data and campaign-ready data: every prospect re-checked against current signals, corrected, enriched and qualified by your QC rules. Mailbox status sits in the contact stream, next to identity, employment, company and domain checks. A mailbox check is not a lead check.

Mailbox-only check
  • Treats a live inbox as a live employee
  • Ignores job change, employer mismatch, retired and dual employment
  • Cannot apply your ICP, TAL or seniority rules
  • Gives you a pass/fail without the reason you can take back to a vendor

How lead validation works.
Four stages in the product.

One workspace, yours. Nothing leaves it except the three files you download.

  1. 01 · UploadInside the authenticated product

Vendor file, syndication list, CRM export, CSV, XLSX or API. Your workspace is isolated from every other customer.

  2. 02 · ProcessValidate, correct, enrich, qualify

Records are re-checked against current signals, corrected and enriched, then qualified against the QC rules you configured.

  3. 03 · DeliverThree files back to you

The error file, the corrected + enriched file and the GTM-ready file are produced for your workspace only.

  4. 04 · Retain, then delete90 days, or sooner on request

Uploaded data and outputs stay available so you can re-download them, then are permanently deleted. Ask and we delete earlier.

One engine. Dead-contact intelligence.

Lead validation, lead enrichment and CRM data cleansing run on the same live quality check. Confirm the person, role, company and email are true now. Fill missing and stale fields in the same pass. Re-check the shelf you already own; revive usable records and flag dead ones with reasons.

LeadQC does not only find invalid fields. It understands when a contact may be dead. It detects conditions such as no longer at the listed company, employer mismatch, job or role change, retired, dual employment, mailbox unavailable, invalid email, changed company domain, inactive company, and duplicate or recycled contact. The engine detects the condition. Your QC policy decides what it means. Same signal, two valid outcomes. Long tenure does not automatically mean a bad lead.

Which fields and signals
lead verification actually covers.

B2B data validation has to look at the person, the job, the company and the contact channels together. Four signal streams, one current picture.

Employment timelines include dates and durations, current and previous. A title that has not moved in a decade is a signal, not an automatic reject. Your QC policy decides what it means.

How LeadQC differs.
Vendor QA already ran once.

  • Vendor QA checks a file once, at delivery. Manual spot checks cover a sample.
  • LeadQC re-checks every record live at QC time against current employment and business signals.
  • Your company QC policy is encoded once. Every decision is logged with its reason.

LeadQC vs NeverBounce →

Every reject comes
with a reason.

Nothing disappears inside a black box. Data validation tools that only return a score leave you arguing from a number. LeadQC returns the rule and the signal.

Every rejection carries its reason. The error file lists the record, the rule it failed and the signal behind it. Pass, review and reject are all explainable. There is no universal definition of clean B2B data. A seniority floor of Director will pass a Chief Revenue Officer. The same long-tenure signal can be a review for one company and acceptable for another. LeadQC provides the quality intelligence. You decide what passes. Near 100% accuracy* is reported on one operation’s configured rules, with the footnote on the homepage — never a flat 100%.

Questions

Lead validation, answered.

What is lead validation for B2B files?

Lead validation re-checks every sourced record against current signals before you accept it, pay for it, or send it to a campaign: whether the person still works there, the domain is live, the email is deliverable, and seniority matches your ICP. LeadQC checks each record live against 60+ signals and flags anything that cannot be trusted.

How is lead verification different from an email check?

Email validity and mailbox status are two of the contact signals. Lead verification also covers identity, current employer, title, job change, company status, domain health and the rest of the 60+ signals. A mailbox can still accept mail after the person has left.

What does B2B data validation return when a record fails?

Every rejection carries its reason. The error file lists the record, the rule it failed and the signal behind it. Nothing is dropped inside a black box. Pass, review and reject are all explainable.

Which files can I run through B2B data validation?

Any B2B list: vendor deliveries, content-syndication files, CRM exports, CSV or XLSX, records sent through the API, or exports from sources such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, Blitz or Gigasheet. Named providers are examples. LeadQC is independent and not affiliated with them.

How is this different from the QA a vendor already did?

Vendor QA checks a file once, at delivery. Manual spot checks cover a sample. LeadQC re-checks every record live against your own QC rules at the point you accept the file.

How fast is a validation run?

Files process at roughly 1,000 records every 3 minutes, and all three outputs come back together. The upfront file processing takes most of that time; the live checks themselves are fast.

How is uploaded data handled?

Files are processed for your workspace only, never used to train models or pooled with other customers, and deleted after 90 days or sooner on request. SOC 2-aligned controls. Certification not claimed.
