Lead-gen and syndication

Accept the file after the check, not before.

Partner files look complete on arrival. LeadQC re-checks every record against 60+ live signals and returns an error file you can take back to the source — with the rule and the signal, not a score.

  • Every record, re-checked live
  • Every reject has a reason
  • Your QC rules, not the vendor’s
  • Three files from one run

The commercial pressure is to load it.
Hygiene is a process, not a sample.

Agencies sit between a source and a buyer. The file arrives under a delivery SLA. Manual spot checks cover a sample. Neither is a live re-check of every row against the buyer’s ICP, TAL, seniority and exclusions at the moment you are about to accept, invoice, or pass the list downstream.

LeadQC is that layer. Identity, employment, company and contact streams run together. Dead-contact conditions — no longer at the listed company, employer mismatch, job change, retired, dual employment, changed domain — are detected. You decide what each condition means for this client and this campaign. The error file is the conversation with the vendor. The GTM-ready file is the conversation with the buyer. Encode the policy once; apply it to every file.

What you get back.

  • ErrorHeld back, with the rule and the signal.
  • Corrected + enrichedSourced value, current value, added attributes.
  • GTM-readyThe qualified population. Current, validated, ready.
Questions

Agencies, answered.

Why re-check a file the vendor already QAed?

Vendor QA checks a file once, at delivery, against the vendor’s definition of clean. LeadQC re-checks every record live against your rules at the point you accept or pay, then returns the error file with the rule and the signal.

What do we take back to a syndication partner?

The error file lists the record, the failed rule and the signal. Nothing is dropped inside a black box. That is the conversation with the source — not a score without a reason.

Which files can an agency run?

Vendor deliveries, content-syndication lists, CRM exports, CSV or XLSX, API / cloud, or exports from sources such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, Blitz or Gigasheet. Named providers are examples. LeadQC is independent and not affiliated with them.

How fast is a run?

Files process at roughly 1,000 records every 3 minutes, and all three outputs come back together. The upfront file processing takes most of that time; the live checks themselves are fast.
